I do my best to ensure that every item I sell is of the best quality possible. If you have a problem with any item please contact my team within 30 days of receiving the item by emailing us via the Contact Page . Items in new condition can be returned for full credit if returned within 30 days of ordering the item.
Unfortunately I can't accept returns on items that are in used or damaged condition. If an item has been washed or has a bad odor, I am not able to accept the return. When possible I will replace any item that arrives damaged. Customers are responsible to pay for their own shipping fees when mailing an item to be returned or exchanged.
